Monica Hansen $500,000 breasts

Monica Hansen has won and odd lawsuit against a plastic surgeon that used her images to promote his business.

Hansen, a model that has posed in Maxim, Stuff, FHM, and Esquire to name a few, sued Dr. Leonard M. Hochstein for posting her images on his website to show off her breasts. This would be similar to the before and after picture you see on many sites, but there was no before shot and the doctor forgot to get any sort of permission from the model. Hansen took home a default judgment of $564,555, but no mention was made as to whether the doctor performed breast augmentation surgery on her or if she has actually received the procedure. I guess that will have to be a mystery…well until you look at her pictures and you can draw some conclusions.

Jon Gosselin, of Jon and Kate Plus 8 fame, showed off his 12 pack stomach to his new girlfriend Hailey Glassman in Cannes today.

The pair took a day trip from St. Tropez to Cannes where they enjoyed lunch, a smoke, and some shopping at Gucci. Must be nice having eight kids, a soon to be ex-wife, a reality show that might go off the air, and not a care in the world.

Rick Astley Death Hoax

Rick Astley is not dead. In the last two weeks we have seen the passing of Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett, Michael Jackson, and infomercial kins Milly Mays, but we have also been inundated with death hoaxes. The latest hoax involved 80’s pop singer Rick Astley, best known for his 1987 song Never Gonna Give You Up, who was reported to have passed away in a Berlin hotel room. A false AP news report stated that “Astley’s body was found at the Angleterre Hotel in Berlin after an ambulance responded to an emergency call from his hotel room. He was found unconscious in his hotel bedroom and was unable to be resuscitated. He was pronounced dead on the scene.” Of course there was no official AP story and the link on the article brought you to a YouTube video of Astley’s famous song with the term “You’ve beeen Rickrolled.”

Elisabeth Hasselbeck is a copycat

Elisabeth Hasselbeck, star of the ABC daytime talk show The View, is in some hot water after accusations that part of her diet book is plagiarized which has led to a lawsuit. Hasselbeck’s book, The G-Free Diet: A Gluten-Free Survival Guide, is said to have word for word excerpts from Susan Hassett’s book on the same subject, Living with Celiac Disease. To make maters worse for Elizabeth is that Susan apparently sent her a copy of her work in order to help raise awareness for the disease. In Hasselbeck’s defense she did state that her book paraphrases and in some instances uses word for word portions of other books that are part of her research. I just don’t understand why a reality show contestant and talk show host would have to copy other people in order to write a book about a medical condition. I would think she would have enough knowledge to perform open heart surgery since she is on television. Good luck at trial!

Leighton Meester Has A Sex Tape

TMZ is reporting that Leighton Meester has a sex tape! This is quite a great scandal meant to happen in the Gossip Girl TV Series then in the real life. There are still chances to be just a gossip, time will tell… or money will buy the silence.

We’ve learned a Meester tape is being shopped around town. It was shot a few years back, and shows Leighton in mostly innocuous though nude scenes — with several big exceptions … one involving her very talented feet.

No word about it yet from Leighton rep.

Pamela Anderson still trying to pull off that bikini

Pamela Anderson is taking in Memorial Day by slipping into a pink bikini, grabbing a red solo cup of some liquid, and walking the beaches of Malibu. No I give Pam credit for being a 40 something that is willing to throw on the bikini and show off some skin, but maybe there comes a time when a fashionable one piece might be the better option. It’s the same rule for those European guys in the banana hammocks….those should always be covered up by board shorts. I wonder if Tara Reid was on the Pamela Anderson look-a-like plastic surgery program?
