Orlando Bloom Robbed

orlando-return-la.jpg

Orlando Bloom has been busy in New York City for the past week or so, and that meant his Hollywood Hills home sat empty. Early Thursday morning, it was reported that someone broke into the actor’s home through a window and stole $500,000 worth in jewelry, including some of his vintage watch collection.

Bloom rushed back home to Los Angeles by the afternoon hours to see what damage had been done to his home and to his belongings. He seemed to handle the news well. He told paparazzi on the scene that with the economy in the state it is in and people losing their home, the robbery of his isn’t really news.

Next up for the actor is The Cross, which was supposed to begin shooting in Australia this month, but the project has met with some delays. Now we hear we have a September start date for the production, but only time will tell!

Brad Pitt Bums A Ride

pitt_b-gr_01.jpg

It seems motorcycles are very big with the Hollywood set. It isn’t unheard of to see Orlando Bloom, Keanu Reeves or any number of others riding around the city of Los Angeles on their motorcycles. Another one of those you might see is forty-five year old actor Brad Pitt.

He was out riding in Los Angeles on Thursday when his bike decided to break down just outside Franklin Village. Instead of waiting for help to arrive, the actor asked some of the paparazzi that constantly follow his every move for a lift. They were more than willing to help the actor out.

Earlier this week, Brad’s main squeeze was named Hollywood’s top earning actress for the past twelve months with $27 million in earnings. This beat out Brad’s ex Jennifer Aniston. Next up for Pitt is Inglorious Basterds. His next project, Moneyball, was axed recently, and it looks like the people of New Orleans want the actor to run for mayor of their city. The actor is always busy. Check out the latest international trailer for Inglorious Basterds below. The flick hit theaters in August.

First Look At Alice In Wonderland

Last year, we first heard word of a new Alice in Wonderland film. Yes, another remake of a classic story. This time around Johnny Depp was jumping into the project playing the Mad Hatter. That immediately caught my interest. Disney and Tim Burton are behind this remake, and now we have a look at just what some of the characters will look like when this one hits the big screen.

Some character stills were released on Monday, and I for one am excited to see this one hit the big screen. Johnny Depp looks amazing here as the Mad Hatter. Next up for the actor is the fourth in the Pirates of the Caribbean series. No word yet on whether or not Keira Knightley or Orlando Bloom will return for the next installment, but Depp is on board.

Check out the character stills from Alice in Wonderland below. What do you think? Are you ready for an all new Alice in Wonderland?

Orlando Bloom Crashes Into Malibu

orlando-bloom-6169-15.jpg

Orlando Bloom seems to have some wicked bad luck when it comes to driving in Los Angeles. The actor just returned from a week long trip to Australia with girlfriend Miranda Kerr. Rumors around them have suggested a possible engagement, but both have denied the rumors. However, after returning from a trip down under, the two were seen looking at a Malibu beach house. Looks like the two are ready to move in together.

Bloom’s fender bender happened Tuesday afternoon when he was rear ended. This isn’t the first time the British actor has been involved in an accident in Hollywood. In October 2007, he was involved in a more serious accident, but he wasn’t charged. His two passengers were injured. This time around though there are no injuries to report, and he exchanged information with the other driver at the scene. It just looks like Bloom doesn’t handle driving in the States well.

Orlando Bloom Is Engaged?

12854-orlandobloom.jpg

Orlando Bloom, 32, has been dating Aussie model Miranda Kerr, 26, for some time now. She flew into Cannes for a night, then bounced out the next day to head back to NYC for work. She was photographed sporting a ring after the meeting in Cannes. Her rep is unwilling to comment about the supposed engagement.

“I am aware of the images. However, I am not in a position to comment,” Kerr’s rep, Carlii Lyon, tells PEOPLE. Bloom’s rep has yet to be reached for comment.

Well I guess if her rep isn’t denying it, that means it could be for real! Would be cool - maybe they will actually have a real relationship?

Scarlett Johansson Not Much Future As A Director

scarlett_johansson-moet_and_chandon_a_tribute_to_cinema_party-04_122_252lo1.jpg

So I guess Scarlett Johansson directed a scene in “New York, I Love You.” It turns out that the scene was actually so bad that it was quietly cut from the film.

“It was really bad, so it was cut,” said a source.

The movie, which was originally made up of 12 segments, has an amazing cast of A-listers, including Orlando Bloom, Shia LaBeouf, Hayden Christensen, and Christina Ricci.

But producer EmmanueL Benbihy said Scarlett’s story didn’t fit in to the finished article, which also has contributions from Natalie Portman and Rush Hour director Brett Ratner.

“The story did not specifically involve an interpersonal relationship, and it was conceptualized to be filmed in black and white,” he explained. “Both of which were extreme departures from the other films.”

Miranda Dances Dirty For Bloom

Supermodel Miranda Kerr has been busy with photoshoots around the world lately, but she made a quick weekend trip to visit boyfriend Orlando Bloom, who is currently filming Sympathy for Delicious in Los Angeles. The two were out at Teddy’s Saturday night, and they were getting quite cozy.

People there said the two were dancing and drinking until they left at 2am. There are even reports that the model gave her boyfriend a lapdance sometime during the night. Naughty, naughty! The model returned to work on Tuesday as she returned to Sydney for a new photo shoot to announce the David Jones Industrie Partnership. You can see pictures of her with model Didier Cohen below.

What do you think? Did Orlando and Miranda get down and dirty at Teddy’s this weekend?
