All you music fans out there are you ready for the September launch of Guitar Hero 5? If you are like me and can’t wait to rock out to the likes of Tom Petty, The Rolling Stones, The White Stripes, Kings of Leon, and a huge list of other awesome musicians why not try and score some free concert tickets? Activision is commemorating the launch of their latest release with a chance to win 5 tickets to 5 different concerts. All you have to do is visit their site, register for free, and answer a few questions! While you are there you can even get a free MP3 download of the featured act in GH5 - Wolfmother!

Haylie Duff sexy shoot
Haylie Duff might not be getting the press of her newly engaged sister, but she is not just sitting around waiting for people to come look for her. She took to her Twitter account and posted some images from a recent JSqauerd photo shoot.
Haylie is staying busy with several movie and television roles going on, but nothing that will knock your socks off. She has yet to hook on to a film that delivered the box off and cultural punch as her Summer Wheatly role in Napoleon Dynamite.

Lindsay Lohan suing ETrade for $100 million
Lindsay Lohan has but herself in the company of one named celebrities like Madonna, Usher, and Beyonce by suing E*Trade for using a milk-a-holic baby named Lindsay in on of their commercials.
According to a lawsuit filed on her behalf in Long Island is claiming that the baby in the commercial, who was named Lindsay, was a direct shot at her.
The Mean Girls star claims that one of the online brokerage’s recent TV ads featuring a ditzy, “milkaholic” baby girl named Lindsay is modeled after her and improperly invoked her “likeness, name, characterization, and personality” without permission, violating her right to privacy. Lohan is suing for $50 million in compensatory damages and an additional $50 million in exemplary damages.
Well given that her fast spending has yet to slow down and her acting career isn’t bringing in the big dollars she needs to make money from someplace. Maybe they will give her a mouse pad or something. Next thing youwill hear is Lindsay is suing Toyota for some reason.

Jimmy Fallon late night injury
Jimmy Fallon took to the air last night and was having a spirited martini race around his studio audience with Chelsea Handler when the predictable happened. Jimmy went down on a wet wood floor, smashing two martini glasses, and cutting his hand. The brought back memories of when Conan O’Brien took a similar spill that resulted in a concussion.
