The punches just keep rolling in for Michael Phelps. Word on the street is that Subway has taken any and all relevant links associated with Phelps off of their website. They are also rumored to be getting ready to drop their sponsorship with him.
Damn dude! Better get swimming! All his endorsement money is going to dry up! I mean, I feel the corporations need to not have a pothead spokesperson…but playing Devil’s Advocate, isn’t there anyone out there who will stand up for the 1st amendment and choose to endorse him? I mean, anyone besides E-Z Widers? I hear they don’t pay too well.

Once upon a time people actually resorted to the astonishing methods of exercise and diet to lose weight. Nowadays everyone has their shtick to lose weight. In Drew Barrymore’s case, the methods might be a bit unconventional. You might notice the tongue ring in the photo….
“They do it and you’re like, ‘Oh my God, why would I ever think twice about not doing this; this didn’t hurt at all.’ And then the guy was like, ‘What I didn’t tell you is that for, like, two weeks, it’s just going to be a little uncomfortable. I couldn’t eat, couldn’t drink for two weeks - great diet in a weird way. I got it and then I’ve been single ever since… I did it for myself. I always wanted to get one.”
I guess it’s a diet - I’m not really sure what a tongue ring has to do with being single though?

a while back i did a movie called, Midnight Movie, and someone recently sent me a compilation of clips someone else made just of my scenes. thought i’d post it for you to enjoy since it didn’t hit too many theaters. although you can rent it on netflix.

Christian Bale implies that he may have been to into his character and that’s why he acted like a “punk”. That’s like kids blaming a video game on why they went out and killed real people. “Excuse me officer, I got confused and shot that dude cuz I forgot I am no longer sitting on my couch playing “Grand Theft Auto”.” Seriously?! As Reported by the AP:
LOS ANGELES – Christian Bale says he acted like a “punk” and that his profane tongue-lashing on the set of “Terminator Salvation” was inexcusable.
In Friday remarks on a Los Angeles morningradio show, Bale said he never intended to get physical with cinematographer Shane Hurlbut. He also said he was likely channeling too much of his character, John Conner.
Bale also told the “Kevin and Bean” show on KROQ 106.7 that he and Hurlbut reconciled and worked together for another month following the tirade.
The outburst, which occurred last year on the set in New Mexico, was posted this week on the celebrity gossip site TMZ. It has become an Internet sensation, inspiring a music remix, spoofs, and punch lines for the “Kevin and Bean” show.

Miley Cyrus didn’t learn much from the Spanish national basketball team during the Beijing Olympics when their ad in a Spanish paper had all the players use their fingers to pull their eyes back to appear more Asian. The tween star with the backing of Disney took some pictures with friends that resulted in some negative feedback from the Asian-American equality groups. After hearing that people were offended by the pictures, Miley stepped forward with one of the worst apologies ever.
“I’ve…been told there are some people upset about some pictures taken of me with friends making goofy faces!” Cyrus wrote, “well, I’m sorry if those people looked at those pics and took them wrong and out of context!”
Holy crap Miley way to bust out that heartfelt apology that will show the people you offended how bad you feel. I am surprised she didn’t use the theory of “Hey, I have Asian friends! Seriously, my best friend is Asian and my cousin married one!” Maybe next time she should speak with her PR team before releasing statements on her own.

Michael Phelps, the golden boy of the Beijing Olympics, is starting to see some fallout from his bong smoking incident. USA Swimming his hit Phelps with a very lenient three month suspension on on competing and since there are no major events in the next three months this equals a slap on the wrist. They stated that they wanted to send a message about conduct and that this suspension is not the result of violating the groups anti-doping rules. On top of the suspension Phelps also was dropped from Kellogg’s, a major sponsor, due to the controversy.

In case you didn’t know, Lost is back and it is back in a big way. We’ve seen four episodes of this season, and if you’re a fan of the series, like I am, you know that Lost has made it an entirely new ball-game. This season has introduced something entirely new that has put those on the island and those that left in a touchy situation.
What is that something new? Time-travel. Those on the island are traveling back and forth in time several times in one episode. We have seen them go back to WWII and to the present with just a flash of light. Those that left the island are trying to get back with the help of Benjamin Linus. He is still a bad guy, but right now his main focus is trying to get everyone back before something terrible happens.
As for those on the island, they are starting to get sick. Nose bleeds and headaches. Something is happening on that island. Matthew Fox takes on the cover of Entertainment Weekly this week with Evangeline Lilly, and he had some things to say about the show. Check that out with the cover of Entertainment Weekly below.
It feels very different from what Lost has felt like in the past, but in a really good way. There will be many, many answers, lots of things from past seasons that left the audience thinking, ‘That’s never going to pay off’—but it does, in really cool ways that make you go ‘Holy s—!’ The season has a real feeling of things coming together, and it builds a groundswell of momentum for the end of the show.
